I'm glad. I like Tattersal for what he has done for HD cinema on StarWars, but his 'look' is in gereal too tight, to many tele-shots, to close to things for me. That especially bugged me about Die Another Day.
Anyway, IMDB actually had Christian Wagner listed as an editor, but that was shortly after Campbell was announced and way way to early to bring an editor on board, so it rightfully was taken down again.
He lately worked with a lot of different editors, but here is hoping he'll bring Terry Rawlings back. Or they get Stuart Baird (whith whom MC as also worked before) if they want a real "celebrity-editor".

^^^ Isn't that a general problem with cinema today, and not just Tattersall himself? Anyway, I think the Hong Kong/Cuba/London-scenes and some of the Iceland shoots were great moments (only visually of course).
I've also read somewhere that Terry Rawlings didn't like Bondfilms. Correct me if I'm wrong, but he might not be back again for that reason.

Does anyone know what Clive Owen's relationship with Martin Campbell was like for BEYOND BORDERS?
It was good despite an arduous and problematic shoot. They DID discuss the possiblity of Owen playing Bond as well.
Meheux goes back a long way with Brosnan having shot episodes of The Professionals, The Long Good Friday and The Fourth Protocol.
Meheux is a professional, veteran artist who was recently the annual president of the British Society of Cinematographers.
He is an excellent DP and Campbell and he make an excellent team. They work together whenever their schedules permit.

From the June CBn Dossier
| As previously speculated, CBn can now confirm that Phil Meheux is locked in as Casino Royale's director of photography. Also despite reports, Casino Royale will film briefly in England... before moving to Prague for studio work and South Africa for location shooting. |

Always good to get confirmation.
Especially with all the rumours flying around for this movie...

I was speaking in general. Think of all the Bond title song performer names that have been mentioned so far.

Haven't heard any talk of a title song performer...I guess I am out of the loop....The only rumors I have heard are that Prague and South Africa are possible locations.
