CommanderBond.net opened the 'Young Bond 2' section today, with another stunning banner. The currently unnamed Young Bond novel has the working title of Double M.

Keep watching CBn for latest breaking news on this second Young Bond novel.

Nice work on the banner, Mr. Asterix. :)

It's never too early to start talking about the next book. :)

An excellent banner. I love this one even moreso than for SilverFin.

Oh man this novel looks sweet! There's gonna be a massive gun fight!!! :) :) :)

But how exactly do you torture a thirteen year old? :) Without being overly sensitive to readers?

Eh, maybe the villian will make young Bond clean up the laundry. :)

I can't wait to see how the torture is handled, making it believable but also fitting in with Young Bond.

I wonder what the American market will make of this after their squeamish reaction to some (pretty tame) passages in Silverfin?

It looks like the 'Young Bond' series of books IS keeping James Bond alive in general. :)

Right....I couldn't believe that the US edition cut the reference to the vice-like grip of Wilder's thighs. :)

Hopefully they won't worry and keep both editions the same.

True, the very same for me as well. It just seems kind of pointless to make such minor changes as that.

I agree on the banner comment.
