if they did a game of on her majesty's secret service i wonder if they would have lazenby do the piz gloria lines where he is impersonating sir hillary bray or if they would get someone to do them for him again like they did with the film with george baker (or whoever they would have voicing sir hillary bray in the game)

You're very correct, George Baker was indeed the voice over for Sir Hillary Bray.
