Well GE was a mess totally. So I am not suprised. Apart from the St.Petersburg scenes the film is one of the worst. The first half is so ugly.

You want lame? How about Roger Moore "taking care of" those hoods in the alley in Harlem in Live and Let Die? How he killed them, I will never know. Maybe they were reminded of how awful the movie was and knew playing dead was the quickest way out of the movie.

I don't think he killed those hoods, rather just knocked them cold.

Yeah, but later Mr.Big refers to a "couple of stiffs" Bond was supposedly accountable for. Considering how decidely un-deadly Bond's knockout of those two hoods looked, those must have been two wussy henchmen;P.
