Here are some movies that I think will be the blockbusters of 2003, 2004 and 2005, whether I like it or not. Most movies will have a brief description due to them perhaps not being a sequel so you wouldn't understand why they would be big. Obviously not every movie has finalised details and not many movies are scheduled for 2005. As far as I know these dates are for American readers, but the big ones will probably have World Release dates, unless I know for sure in which case I shall state that...
2003
Confessions of a Dangerous Mind (January 10th) - This movie has George Clooney making his directorial debut. He has brought some members with him from "Oceans Eleven"(2001) such as Brad Pitt, Julia Roberts and Matt Damon. Other stars include Sam Rockwell and Drew Barrymore.
Final Destination 2 (March)
The Gold Coast (March) - Al Pacino says it all.
X2 (May 2nd) - This sequel features our very own Bond girl, Halle Berry returning as Storm.
The Matrix Reloaded (May 23rd)
Charlies Angels 2: Halo (June 27th)
Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines (July 2nd) - I think this is either going to be a major flop or a blockbuster hit. Arnie returns again, and, if it flops, I think it could be the final nail in the coffin for his career.
The Matrix Revolutions (November)
The Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King (December) - My favourite for 2003 so far. I think it will easily be the blockbuster of 2003.
Anaconda 2 (TBA)
Catwoman (TBA) - A cheap attempt to cash in on old characters with new approaches. Batman is more than likely to appear in this movie.
Dirty Dancing 2 (TBA) - Its been 15 years since the original, but the sequel is due for release some time in 2003.
Exorcist 4:1 (Working Title, TBA) - This movie is a prequel to the original with Liam Neeson starring as Father Merrin.
Operation Condor 3 (TBA)
Red Dwarf: The Movie (TBA) - I am looking forward to seeing this movie as I really enjoyed the TV series. They have brought back all the original cast, including Chris Barrie as Rimmer.
Zorro Unmasked (TBA) - Antonio Banderas has been confirmed to return, but Catherine Zeta Jones is still in talks with the producers. The director of GoldenEye, Martin Campbell, has been lined up to direct this movie.
2004
Shrek 2 (May 28th) - The three main characters are all returning to this sequel of the popular original.
Mission: Impossible 3 (Summer) - If M:I2 is anything to go by, then this second sequel should not do well.
Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban (November) - I was unable to locate when "Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets" was due for release, and was unable to compare it to other movies.
Wallace and Gromit: The Great Vegetable Plot (November) - W&G return from their creator Nick Parker for yet another comedy movie.
Glorious Bastards (TBA) - Michael Madsen, from Die Another Day (2002), is the only person casted for this movie thus far.
Superman: The Next Movie (Working Title, TBA) - No cast have been announced, but I don't think they will use the television series' cast. The original plot that Superman would be reborn after dying has been thrown out.
2005
Star Wars Episode III (May 25th) - No matter what else becomes scheduled this year, this movie HAS to be the big one for 2005.
Rumours and TBA
Scary Movie 3: Episode I Lord of the Brooms (TBA) - This movie was due to start filming last month, but they haven't even got a full cast yet. The original release date for 2002 has definetley been pushed back to Spring 2003 at least. The title obviously tells you what movies this sequel will be making fun of.
Mad Max 4 (Rumour) - This is a rumour I read in a magazine that said someone, I don't remember who, is looking to make mad Max 4 and that Mel Gibson will have first refusal to be director of the movie as Heath Ledger will be Mad Max.
As an extra note, on a certain website where you can view future releases, Die Another Day is 19th in the most viewed pages. Star Wars 2 tops the list. I may decide to return here and add any other big movies that are added to the list, who knows, I could get one for 2006 by the end of the year.

B*!!*cks! What if Bond 21 is released then? It might be in 2004 but so what, it could be in 2005! Think boy, think! That WILL be the best in 2005 (Bond that is - SW is ****)!

Many rumours abound, but it does appear that Spielberg, Lucas, and Ford are going to get together to bring the "man with the hat back". Lucas claimed that he was finishing Episode 2 last week and is beginning Indiana Jones IV this week. Could be a joke...but all signs point to a big YES!
"Indiana Jones IV" coming soon
"Who knows in a thousand years maybe you'll be worth something...?"

Forgive me if I'm wrong (BTW Roger, your probably right, I just preferred the original), but I said that Star Wars would be the Big One for 2005, I never said that it would be the Best, laterz kids.

forgive me if I'm wrong but didn't MI:2 gross something in the region of $500m.
