I'd imagine that would be because Rouge Agent is some sort of make-up artistry game.I do own GoldenEye: Rouge Agent, but I don't consider it a James Bond game, so I answered five.
But seriously, any reason? Do you consider The Spy Who Loved Me to be a James Bond book?

Sure The Spy Who Loved Me is a James Bond book, because Bond makes a good deal more than a cameo in it. Perhaps Bond makes more appearances later than I was willing to play in GE:RA, but if that is the case I will have to apologise and admit that it is a James Bond game, albeit a very bad one.
