The scene is a shocker. I was like "oh yeah, i forgot about you" The film sets up the love story much before the action. Good screenwriting.

It is terrific screenwriting. I loved how they set that in motion.

It's amazing how good the story to OHMSS really is. It's the kind of Bond i wish they made everytime. A very human Bond but still has the explosive elements that we enjoy.

There are certainly various scenes when all of the actors resemble our literary James Bond. But Connery in Dr. No is most convincing. Although the "sniper" scene in TLD would make Fleming proud. Dalton did do his best to be ruthless and a "nasty character." He looks like a man that has been worn down by the hard life he has led.

Most say Dr.No. It's pretty amazing that Sean Connery and Terence young nailed it the first time.

I wouldn't want it everytime. Because of it's difference from others, it really stands out with certain fans.

I would rather have a quality Bond film like OHMSS come out everytime rather then just sometimes(Goldeneye being the last).

The Living Daylights, though I like Licence To Kill a bit more, The Living Daylights, I think, is the best Fleming Bond.

To each his own. :) I like the variety of great and good films. It allows more room for heated debate and opinions.

Agreed Jwheels. Dalton's performance was alot darker then any other Bond film.
