Well, Telly Savalas played Ernst Stavro Blofeld in On Her Majesty’s Secret Service (1969).

I'm a 1970s cop/detective show nut, so even on a non-Blofeld level this is great news! It's been years since I've seen Crocker run down crooks and how filthy NYC was during the 1970s! The under-thirty members at CBn will be surprised.

Now if they'd only release "Hawaii Five-O" on DVD...

I wonder if this set includes the pilot, the tv-movie "The Marcus-Nelson Murders"?

On the subject of Kojak, you know they're remaking it, right? With Ving Rhames?

Yes. I posted a link to a news story about that above. I'm excited for it even though I've never seen the original show.

I bought mine today. I watched the first episode and it was okay. I hope the rest are good. I've never seen Kojak before but I like Telly Savalas and cop shows.

Picked up my copy yesterday along with DOOGIE HOWSER. I think I've developed a condition in which I need to get every television show ever released on DVD regardless of whether or not I like it because I don't really like DOOGIE HOWSER. And I've been forced to buy HAPPY DAYS, ALF, LAVERNE AND SHIRLEY, THE MUNSTERS, THE BRADY BUNCH, LOST IN SPACE among others over the course of the last year or two.

Have you seen Harold & Kumar Go To White Castle? If so, watching Doogie Howser will never be the same again...
