I have a feeling I should know this, but I don't: Often when I see the recent US Penguin release of Doctor No cover on internet sites, it shows the backround being a dull grey, when in reality, the cover is shades of blue. Why is that?

I sure the grey cover was just the advance proof art that was first sent out to online sites like Amazon. Whatever art is first uploaded tends to stick. To this day Amazon still features the radically different proof cover art for TWINE, DAD, and the ZMT paperback.
