I think Q, more than likely developed some sort of condom adhesive that keeps itself affixed on little JB for a 24-hour period, so he's always safe when a situation arises.

I may have to do some serious research on this, but I'm sure that I read in one of the Flemings that Bond *has* had "a dose". I can't be sure but I think it may be in one of the earlier ones.
