There must be a few people around that are flat out trying to make the deadline.

Forget about the Bond 20 title....

What's On

This will be a new feature for CBN - a kind of calander displaying all the upcoming Bond related events, Bond 20 filming schedules, collectors weekends, screenings of films on TV etc etc!

Firstly, is anyone interested in running this section of CBN? It'll need constant updating. If you would like to, please email me at [email protected]

Secondly, what dates do we know of?? What is going to happen in the forthcoming months? Post events here.

One more sleep to go...

I'll be up at 7am (GMT) and start work on installing CBN 2002, and hopefully by 8am, it'll all be ready!

The forums will remain open while installation is in progress.

The site'll be down for hopefully only an hour - when the new design is installed, I then have to make some final checks etc.

Oh, wow, great (I love the old posters).

I've been trying to use as many of the old posters as I could to redesign the graphics. I love them too. A lot better than some of the photo montages, especially the two Dalton ones. So look out for some interesting stuff I just finished the Dr No ones. Very impressive, even if I say so myself!

Well, theres a few stages that the site is going to go through:

1 - Site Redesign
2 - New Version of Content Wizard to power the site
3 - A lot more content on the site!!! Such as trivia from the films etc, characters, gadgets, vehicles.

Working on them as we speak funnily enough Blofelds Cat. However, without the Bond 20 announcements there won't be much of a graphical change to the Bond 20 @ CBn design - for now!

I should add that you can't expect the world to move with the new changes. Forum users have already got a sneak peak at what it will look like with the recent changes to the forums. However, there will be some better graphics in the new version.

Our main reason for the change is to move away from our similair look with TheForce.Net, which we've had for almost a year now. Actually, CBn will celebrate it's third birthday soon. Correct me if I'm wrong Dave, but like most of our users I haven't been here for the whole time.

Nov 15: Yaphet Kotto's Birthday. He turns 62.

Nov 17: Sophie Marceau's Birthday. She turns 35.

Nov 20: Mie Hama's Birthday. She turns 58.

Nov 22: One year till the expected release date of Bond 20 in the United States.

Nov 27: Samantha Bond's Birthday. She turns 39.

December 2001

Nov 1. A new design of CommanderBond.Net will be launched today.

May 2002

n/a: Release of Raymond Benson's novel "The Man With The Red Tattoo" in the United Kingdom
