Does anyone have any books with pre-production material on TND? Apparently, there's one book with that takes a look at the BMW 750i an reveals a few gadgets that were used in cut scenes in the film!

I have 'The Making Of TND' by Garth Pierce. I think this may be the book you mean. It tells loads about the car and what each individual car is used for and what happened to it. i.e cars 9-15 are pristine cars, to be used for back-up and exterior shots. Then it mentions what happens to each i.e. cars 11 and 12 have the odd door missing and 13 is in pieces.

Wow! I've never seen the book. Does it mention any gadgets not used? In particular I'm trying to find out about one that was like a magnetic mine of sort?
