They have. All of the five official ones have. It's just often to see names like Connery or Moore near the top, and Lazenby near the bottom when you compareI think all of the actors who have played Bond have done a good job.

Should be an annual event. However, a new aspect should be introduced everytime. They might change things a little.

Much closer than Connery v. Moore and the From Russia With Love rematch of Connery v. Shaw. No surprise that Connery won. It seems that Red Grant and Xenia fair better than a number of the other villains.
