Fellow Bladesians, (Or whatever it is we want to call ourselves)
Now that we have read the 1st 4 of Flemings Bond novels how would you rank them?
My own preference from best to "worst" is
1) Moonraker, (tight exciting one of Flemings best novels)
2) LALD (nearly as good as MR, in a week I could flip their order on this list.)
3) Casino Royale (Some good scenes but Fleming has not found his style yet.)
4) DAF (Fleming has found his style but the mediocre villains mar what could have been a top nothc effort.)

It's hard to chose between them, but I'd rate them as:
01. Moonraker
02. Live & Let Die
03. Diamonds Are Forever
04. Casino Royale
The first titles are two of my favourites and the 'early Bonds' in general (up to and including From Russia With Love) are my favourite Flemings.
