I popped back open this thread... Seems many of the YJB threads have aged off the 30 day default and, being new to CBn, Agent_OO7 may not know how to get to them.
Re the YJB books. While I'm not crazy about the idea, I will give them a read. Who knows, maybe they'll be good.

The idea is crap, I will buy the books a collectibles as I am a huge literary Bond fan but I'd rather see some good old ADULT Bond Books. I never thought I'd have to refer to the books series as ADULT Bond and KIDDY Bond.

Ah my mistake. Sorry for the confusion. Regarding the question, I'll be buying all of them.I popped back open this thread... Seems many of the YJB threads have aged off the 30 day default and, being new to CBn, Agent_OO7 may not know how to get to them.

I think I'll stay far away from Kiddie Bond this time... we all remember that wonderful incarnation of JB Jr.

I'll probably give the first one a read and if I like it then go from there. It's worth giving it a try just to see what they are like. No point in being so negative about it all the time.

I will buy and read them and hope that my 8 year old son (9 byu the time the first comes out) will enjoy them.
I've shown him a number of Bonds and while he loves Star Wars, LOTR, tons of other films/series Bond doesn't grab him like it did the kids of my generation (I'm 40). Of course back then (the mid-60s) Bond didn;'t have the competition he has now.

I will buy and read them but they are unnecessery. Bond's origin should always be mystical and not so detailed.
