Seems composer David Arnold let slip that
Bond twenty will be Pierce Brosnan's last
film. Also the release date has been
confirmed as being in 2002.
No more Brosnan as Bond, time to let the rumour
mill of potential replacements start up.
Who'd be a good Bond?

Just read more new on this, apparently this is only Arnold's view and nothing solid.
Also I was speaking to Danny Sykes and he's seen a list of people who are regarded by EON as potentials to replace Brosnan.

My own personal choice would be Colin Firth, aka D'Arcy from the BBC's Pride and Prejudice.
Actually that's not true, my first choice would be ME! ME d'you hear

Looking at this 10 years later, Mr. Arnold turned out to be prophetic.

Brosnan did DAD. He left later.
If this is prophecy, can I just mention that Craig will leave too and can I too be assigned Prophet's status.

Yes, and Sean Connery is definitely playing the villain!
