Does anyone have a view on the judicial review issue re: Chief Constable of Humberside?

CBn: the ultimate recepticle of outpouring for the emotionally constipated?

Could Brando have pulled off Marion Cobretti?

LOL!!! No one, I mean no one could cut cold pizza with a pair of scissors while a Toys "R" Us commercial drones uninterrupted in the background like Stallone!

Absolutely. And then eat the pizza without even bothering to remove his black leather gloves! :)

Hmmm.... or how about: "CBn - Providing a Release For Potential Serial Killers Since 2001"? :)

Re: the Chief Constable of Humberside affair, I'm sure many of us here have views. I'm equally sure that you, Jim, would be the first to declare a discussion on the subject unsuitable for CBn, which, as you have reminded us more than once, is "a James Bond site".

For most of us, though, it's not all Bond, Bond, Bond, but a place to chew the fat about other matters, mostly - although not always - film-related. Should posts about Brando, Stallone, or, I don't know, John Carpenter, be taboo? (Posts concerning politics, sex, "sensitive issues", etc. are, of course, another matter; but you'll note that such topics are very rarely raised on CBn - people do know to go elsewhere for that sort of debate.)

It's called the General Discussion forum. And it escapes abuse to a perhaps surprising extent. There we are. Now, back in your cage, curmudgeon! :)

RIP Brando...Great career. I'll always think of him as the paternal statesman of Superman who sent earth a gift, his son. A comic book film that he added so much class to that it's one of my alltime favorite films.

And...if he were 3 inches taller and stayed fit he could have been a great Bond!

While he was great in many roles, I wouldn't think of him as a James Bond.

To the man whose performances inspired a generation of great actors to take the stage, and the medicore ones to keep their day jobs, rest in peace Mr. Brando.

I forgot the obvious Bond connection with Brando

George Lazenby played Jor-El in Superboy

How super!

[Credit due to following site http://www.patfuller...7/bondmenu.html - has loads of fun stuff on there but too much of it can't be reproduced here in any way shape or form. But there's a photo of Timothy Dalton from Agatha in which he looks utterly unhinged]

Oh, God!

I urge anyone in search of a giggle to look at that pic.
