You are correct about LALD. When TPTB thought Connery would return, Miss Andress was supposed to make a return appearance. The idea was dropped when Roger Moore took the role since it was considered "inappropriate" for her to appear with a different Bond.

I remember in 1991 thinking Dalton should appear in a Bond film set in Russia where he runs across old flame Anya/Barbara Bach but if I had been a screenwriter pitching that to Broccoli & Wilson, they probably would have told me the same thing. Where did Wilson appear in AVTAK?
