AGENTS:

A free-lance agent known by CBN code name MATTBOWYER has indicated an interest in joining SPECTRE, but missed the initial request. SPECTRE will only consider Mattbowyer if he is represented by KAOS or THRUSH.


MISSION TWO:

1. The KAOS base location is still undetermined. Using the same rules from Mission One, the first team (KAOS or THRUSH) to determine the base location will have the opportunity to recruit Agent Bowyer to their team.

2. If the existing teams do not wish to see new agents recruited at this time, then, instead of posting a YES/NO question--simply post "execute".

3. At the end of the first 24 hours, the majority vote of either questions or execute will determine the decision to abort the mission. Daily intel will be posted as usual.

4. To recap the highlights of Mission One: KAOS base is in a Mediterranian Country within Europe.

1. In a 3-1 margin, the teams have decided they will accept free-lance agent Mattbowyer. The winning team, yet to be determined, will have agent Bowyer join them for the start of Mission Three.
