have to admitt the folks at Mercedes-Benz really know how to craft a car. I'll try to put together a dossier on Bond's 1930 Bentley 4.5 litre supercharged.
I already gave a preview above. Plus I may add some pics of the
'54 300S Mercedes -Benz to this thread.

I thought it would be a good treat for the Blades Club.

Seems kind of hard to imagine those cars going at speeds or 100 mph + though.

No I didn't take the pics. I did some online research after finish reading Moonraker. I was very curious as to what the '54 Mercedes Benz 300 S looked liked as well as the '30 Bentley. Here is another full view of the Benz. Probably the best shot.

Take a look at the speedodmeter in the '30 Bentley. Max 120 MPH (or maybe kilometers since its British).

Always wondered which one is the Drax Benz, but somehow didn't get to the idea of just doing a picture search at Google.
If you're doing research on Bond's Bentley, this article that Mr.Asterix dug out a while ago should be very interesting and helpful to you: http://www.continent...org.uk/bond.htm
