We get Survivor in Saskatchewan. It's been quite a fad since 2000, but has really died down come 2002(3?).

Lucky you! I can't stand any of the Survivor shows, or the whole "reality" show fashion going about here in the U.S., which is actually "pseudo-reality". I opine it is a bunch of crass tripe.

Actually we do get it in Britain, you just probably can't remember it because it as so long ago. It's that one with a group of people on an island that have to perform challenges (like most reality games) and one by one are voted off until the last 'survivor' is left.

I don't know if it would work here but I'd be willing to have a go.

I've seen people do this on other game and film forums, and it works fine. I wouldn't mind giving it a go if someone tried to run it.

I think this would be fun to play but I don't want to run it. Anyone want to take the chair?

And we, the Brits, did not start Survivor with Castaway 2000, the game was very much from the Dutch Expedition Robinson and Eco Challenge games.

Grrrrr. And the only reason the Brit version failed was because it wasn't run by MB and had a crap cast who all wanted to look like nice people.

America's Survivor seems to be doing fairly well, they're coming up with the 11th season or something like that.
