Just to pep this up a bit, and for those of you who don't want to write reviews (or an additional thing for those who do), or read reviews, another angle...
While reading, have a think about whether this is a conventional "Bond" novel - what are your perceptions of that? Does it fit those perceptions? Or, alternatively, is this a novel about the Bond character - what do we learn? Has that character translated to the films in any way? Is Moonraker a James Bond novel or a novel about James Bond?
Just something to think about - use what you're reading! Would be interesting to see how this one goes.
Moonraker: a James Bond novel...?
