Which Bond movie was it where they didn't use any material from the books. I know TSWLM was different but besides that.

Moonraker: Gala Brand is replaced by Holly Goodhead, Bond in space, Drax destroying Earth, instead of London in novel.
I would also count The Man with the Golden Gun, You Only Live Twice and Diamonds Are Forever. Some elements come from the books, but not all.
Some examples includes the DAF novel's characters include the Spanglar brothers, whereas they are never seen in the movie. And also the fact that the film's plot is totally different from the book. (Blofeld, space laser?) And in the YOLT novel, the plot did not involve the movie's space capsule hi-jackings. The movie did not include th novel's Dr. Shatterhand's Castle of Death, (replaced by the volcano).
See, not all of Ian Fleming's storylines or elements appear in the films.

Well are you speaking of Bond films with the same title as some of the books, or some of the newer films? I'd throw in Live And Let Die as another which almost was a newer plot, along with Moonraker.

I'm tempted to say TWINE, but that's not even a Bond movie...
TND? That doesn't really have much Fleming in it...heck, GE doesn't either.

The following films did not use material from an Ian Fleming novel or short story:A View to a Kill
GoldenEye
Tomorrow Never Dies
The World is Not Enough, with the exeption of the Bond family motto.
Die Another Day
With the exception of the James Bond, M, Moneypenny, and Bill Tanner characters of course.
The rest of the James Bond films would use character names or situations from the Ian Fleming novels or short stories, even if the film wasn't a faithful adaption of the original Fleming source material.

It could be argued that DAD did in fact use Fleming material. From Moonraker

DAD does indeed have slight connections to MR.
Pike even admits she auditioned for the part of a 'Gala Brand' rather than the eventually renamed Miranda Frost.
