If anyone is interested (and I assume some of you will be) a company called Nigel Williams Rare Books is selling a number of original copies of this rare document. I had been looking for it for ages for my Fleming collecion.

I can attest to this firm. I bought a copy of the address from them, and their email communications and their shipping was impecable. Very civilised throughout, just as Ian would want it.
