British actor James Purefoy, from "A Knight's Tale", "Mansfield Park" and "Resident Evil" looks like, my opinion, a solid choice as the next James Bond. Too bad I can't get a link or a picture to show the person I'm talking about. Purefoy looks like Pierce Brosnan's younger brother! He was born in 1964; get him while he's still young!

I suggested this bloke not long ago (I'm sure the thread is around here somewhere). He's got the right looks, he's the right age, he's British, he's not too famous (which is ideal). I think he has the potential to make a great Bond.
A lot of the pictures don't do him justice, but when you see him in action he's much more "Bondish". Unless you watch Lighthouse ... that's not really much of a promo for him.
He's certainly my preference over 95% of the other suggestions doing the rounds.
