In the event the challenge is still open, BrixBond had just PM'd me a new password (changed from Lazenby). However, I am at work right now, but not necessarily work-ing (hard to believe, but true) and Yahoo is a blocked site on our network due to email and viruses.

So, if anyone else feels there is time and hope to hit the points, PM Brix
and good luck.

For the reasons Brendan has given, someone has to be answerable to this failure. I'm not talking about the Mole.

I think some compensation in the form of points would be in order.

MOLE QUIZ FIVE

A lot to ponder after this challenge which I thought was going to be the simplest yet. Brendan made a brave and wise decision which kept the password secure for most of the challenge. In the end someone got to it, or are you all just unlucky at cards?

Whilst aggressive competition is a large part of how to play this game, the slanging match that occurred is not what this game, note game, is all about. What was said by Tanger's friend was not all that dissimilar to what others had been throwing at Brendan throughout the challenge, it was only the severity of his username that differed him. Remember you are a team and will need to continue to work as one and ironically when analyzing the challenge I find that good old Dolce007 (better behaved this week) had the best idea when she said :

Seriously I can log on with you and just tell you to hit/stand, whatever.

All one of you needed to do in a Yahoo blackjack room was to log onto the system with their own account and join Brendan in a room. Since you can all see eachothers cards, the chat feature could have been easily used if the many alleged 'experts' among you wanted to point Brendan toward the right decisions, ie :

I doubt I will see that password anyway. And that seriously took me about 10 minutes.

But these players seemed way to happy merely to bash Brendan and talk themselves up, when together this could have been easily done without risk of giving the ever changing password away.

Lots to think about as you approach this quiz. Good luck to all of you.

Well, what could have been done in 15 minutes has now not been achieved in 3 days.

Oh well. I have an ever shortening list of people who I can trust. So it's been helpfull.

The mole could have done a better job and left us on $1 though. $100 is just sloppy.

I still think we should be compensated. Brendan was unfairly bullied by that user into revealing the password. Something he did not want to do. I know that there are no rules in this game but I don't think that kind of behaviour was fair.

Although I would say that was unfair treatment during the game, it should have been merely ignored by you players and dealt with by me.

As I said previously, basic psychology is among my sub-routines.

You've only yourselves to blame for losing the challenge.

Or did you give the password to The Mole?

Conspiracy theorists, you decide.

My bet is the mole was among the people chosen to recieve the password.

As for bullying...this is an internet forum. We aren't real people as such, we're words on a computer screen.

If you can't manage not to read us, you have some hard times due for you when you get into the real world and 'people like us' become unavoidable.

Sure that idiot 'friend' of Tangers was a total retard, but - other than him - I don't think anyone over-stepped the line.

None of it matters now. We have no points either way and the mole is still elusive.

Personally i dont care what happens in this game anymore, im just gonna fill in my mole quiz every week and stay out of things from now on.

I for one wouldn't want to see that happen. As a team, certain challenges work best when the whole team is actually doing the challenges and it's fine that you stepped up in this challenge.

Notice that it was only a member who just came here for a day or two, and knew nothing about the game and decided to pick on you.

Personally, you really shouldn't take any of the pointless crap he said.

You're in the game, he's not. So who cares what he thinks if all he has to offer are negative bashings?

I know that there are no rules in this game but I don't think that kind of behaviour was fair.

It certainly wasn't but since other Mole players were responsible for the verbal abuse Brendan suffered, I see Tanger's friend as simply the last straw.

No compensation : take care of yourselves, and eachother.

Why am I not surprised.

It seems that only people that have any idea what is going on, are kept out of the loop. Stupid gameplay.

Fraternal, if you'd care to take a look, Tanger explained that the member 'brendan hater' was a person he knew who found out about the site and came on to post some comments in the game, Tanger apoligized for this member and said the person's comments were out of line.
