If Dr Katya Nadanove has been kidnapped, Bond goes and recues her. But he drops her off at some shally place in the jungle, where she later sees Nikolai Diavolo. Surely if she's been kidnapped then why doesn't Bond take her to MI6.

She has a thing about wanting to go back to the jungle after a near death experience. Being around the monkies, lions, and bears has a soothing effect on her.
But why does Bond not take her back to mi6.
Even better guys just found a solution. M had got a safe house for Doctor Katya nadanova in the jungle, whilst she is on the train she knows Bond is after her. She rings Nikoli Diavolo and tells her to meet her at the safe house. This will tell the reader that she is working for Diavolo. He breaks in.

This sounds like a good idea. I'm past level 9 (the ruined tower - ok so i haven't got round to playing it much!) and already i think it would make a great film, so have started the screenplay for a version of it.

I felt EON had good things and bad things woven into the game.
1. I know it's 007 but there is too much shooting. Bond surpassed The Terminator and Rambo when it came to the number of bullets fired in the game.
2. Loved how the game felt like a movie. They did a fantastic job of working on facial expressions and cut scenes. Two thumbs way up.
3. Not enough tuxedo. You play the game mostly in a black field suite. Saying "Bond, James Bond" only sounds suave in a tuxedo.
4. Great choice of vehicles. The Porsche fit in well along with the multiple
bikes.
Overall a good game but did not surpass Goldeneye64.

Going back and playing through the levels where Jaws is featured. RIP Richard Kiel.

That motorbike chase on the highway is mental, but such good fun!

I love that level. Also, the leap of faith.

So many good parts of that game, not to mention Willem Dafoe - probably not going to see him in an actual film, but it's good enough that we got him in this, Brosnan's "fifth film."

When it came out I replayed the "Leap Of Faith" segment over and over...something about freefalling like that was total nonsense but such good Brosnan Bond fun!

One thing I've always wondered is why we tend to heap praise all over Everything or Nothing and s*** on Die Another Day, when EoN seems to be way more OTT than DAD? Is it because EoN works being a video game, while Die Another Day was at best a video game trying to be a movie? Having said that, I would love if EoN and DAD switched places and Everything or Nothing was Brosnan's final film. I think there was a rumor at one point that there were plans to adapt the game as Bond 21 before Brosnan stepped down, or am remembering that incorrectly?

EoN is undoubtedly even sillier than DAD, Bond is barely even a character in it (just a faceless catalyst who spouts puns every time he opens his mouth). The game works because DAD freed the developers from any pretense of realism and they were able to just go completely spy-fi with it, with all kinds of clever innovations and crazy gadgets as well as the traditional far-fetched stunts (free-falling over the side of a mountain while shooting baddies was rollicking good fun).
I love the game but I don't think the story is what makes it good. I don't think it would work for a film at all.

No it wouldn't.
That's why it's a game and not a film.

Everything or Nothing wouldn't make for a particularly good movie, I don't think. As a game, it's decent, certainly the best Bond videogame that isn't titled GoldenEye 007.
