No worries Frat... I deleted the "mistake" post... :)
Why I helped you... I don't know... it may be my downfall... :)

Fraternal asked bond111 if he was going to play the game differently. Bond111 said that he was.

Tanger asked Brendan007 if he thought he could have done better than DLibrasnow as the Mole in the first game. Brendan's answer was indecisive, no real yes or no.

Brendan007 asked Tanger who my he thought the mole could be. But got no response.

Bondfreak007 asked Q-Zar what his favourite food was. The answer was rice with meatballs and tomato sauce.

Um, the reason I didn't give a response was because Brendan didn't even ask me the question.

Yeh I think Brendan's either the Mole or his little trick has backfired. And to think, I thought I could trust him. Now I'm not so sure.

Or was that his move - to make us think he's the mole ? I'm sooooo totally confused, I don't know who is the Mole and who isn't the Mole.

I had my suspicions, but I just don't know !

Agh

Hmmmm, I'm completely in a chocolate mood, fabulous, dairy milk with shortbread biscuit and two pints of milk methinks.

Lovely

Oh, and all, I met the boyfriends parents the other day and they were absolutely lovely. I thought his mother was fabulous and his dad seemed to like me.

Ho hum

And it's my birthday on tuesday - this week seems to be going swimmingly if I may say so, darlings.

I am actually totally confused over how Matt wants us to play this one. Are we to compile the list between the pair that we were divided into or are we to compile the list as a group of 16?

I think it's as a 16 but it was never really made explicit enough as to whether or not this was the case.

Who cares?

Last (wo)man standing and the mole. That's what it's all about.

Points shmoints.

You might think "well hang on, we need points to get the prize". But someone doesn't...

CHALLENGE ONE RESULTS

So what have we discovered? Q-Zar likes rice and meatballs, its lucky for JohnBoy that we don't have any French contestants, Baron isn't up on his voodoo grammar, Athena and trs believe they can work together this round, SnakEyes thinks the Mole could be a girl (or was he just avoiding a femi-rant from Xen!?) and that Bondfreak is a boxers man.

Thankfully in the end everybody actually responded so I hardly needed to ask for only 14 of the 16 answers.

However sabotage has been at work and almost threated to derail you. Thankfully you just made it with 14 out of the 16 answers correct.

It would be 10,000 points to the team but since Fraternal posted his answer himself in the public forum that falls to 8,000. Nice try at covering it up Athena.

You should all be very pleased with yourselves but there are some things to consider when answering your Mole quiz. Why did it take the team so long to post their answers up, the larger percentage of which came after the 48 hour time limit that was set and could have cost you the challenge. But being the first challenge I decided not to be too pedantic. Who was it that posted up two incorrect answers when just one more wrong answer would have cost you the challenge? Who ignored specific instructions not to post their own information? Who has the best excuses, and who has the best reasons?

If this was a later challenge you would have technically failed, however as a first try in round two this was very well done indeed and I decided to overlook technicalities. Congratulations, especially to your leadership team of Athena and trs007, who seem to have brought some great experience from the last round to lead you to victory. Of course in the last round, you would have failed.

The Mole Quiz will be posted shortly.

Yeah, sorry guys, those who had time to read the post, it went something like this.

I used up all my bandwidth and my cable was going at 28.8, and this site is impossible to get on with that speed, so I didn't have time to read what we did, and I accidentally posted my answer.

So sorry again.

Looks like i need to defend myself. I did ask Tanger my question, but now i realise it was probably to subtle. This is taken from my original pm with Tanger

Hey, im glad we were partned up again, i feel you are trustworthy, lol.
Seriously though, you were a great help last time, you were the one who got me on Dlibrasnow's trail, so hopefully we'll be able to help each other again this time

I meant that last sentence to open up discussion as to who he thought was the mole, thus answering my question. However I didnt press it hard enough (i wasnt exactly sure how this challenge actually worked). So ill take the blame for this, next time hopefully the team can loose the cloak and dagger stuff, it'll only hurt us in the long run.

Oh and one more thing for Matt, I think that you should refer to the first game of The Mole as The Mole I rather than the First Round as this may confuse some people.

Just something I noticed, that's all.

I believe him. Really.

These things can happen with ISPs...

Still we made 8,000 and we only have to get 50,000 to get the top prize and stop those moles.

Well, that's providing your not the mole, otherwise you need 0 points. :)

ELIMINATION

Apologies for the delay, it was in fact due to technical problems rather than waiting for slow players.

The process is very simple : click on your name below to see if you have been eliminated. A green screen means you are safe, and red one (new and improved) means it's time to go. For issues of tension it can be more fun to go through each person in order to find out who is leaving.

But I can't control everything.

Best of luck,

mb
