Her programme was banned because they used actors to play ordinary people.

You should've seen her back in the HAIRSPRAY days. She's certainly slimmed down but she's still got some shape on her(more cushion for the pushin'- as we say in the States). She and her show aren't appealing to me but I can see the attraction.

I used to think the woman who played Sharon on EASTENDERS had it goin' on. Now it's about athletic women- Serena Williams and Marion Jones come to mind.

In all seriousness, at the very least, is there anyone here who could seriously say that Ricki Lake is (facially speaking) extremely unattractive?

I watched an episode last week. These three teens came on and it was the usual stuff about cheating and dumping. Then the show's producer came on and said that he had been told that the three teens were going to scam the Ricki Lake (team?). They wanted a free trip to NY.

Anyway Ms Lake said summat like "Usually when someone tries to scam us, we don't give them a ticket home."

These people were escorted out.
