Nobody got out.
Stood in firelight, sweltering bloodstain on chest like map of violent new continent. Felt cleansed. Felt dark planet turn under my feet, and knew wht cats know that mamkes them scream like babies at night.
Looked at sky through smoke heavy with human fat, and God was not there. The cold suffocating dark goes on forever, and we are alone.
Live our lives, lacking anything better to do. Devise reason later. Born from oblivion; bear children, hellbound as ourselves; go into oblivion.
Existance is random. Has no pattern save what we imagine after staring at it for too long. No meaning save what we choose to impose.
This rudderless world is not shapped by vauge metaphysical forces. It is not God who kills the children. Not fate that butchers them, or destiny that feeds them to the dogs. It's us. Only us.
Streets stank of fire. The void breathed hard on my heart, turning its illusions to ice, shattering them. Was reborn then, free to scrawl own design on this morally blank world.
Was Rorschach.
Does that answer your questions, doctor?

She is indeed. Ziva's the reason why I got so addicted to NCIS.Officer Ziva David is a hottie.
I actually have a friend that Ziva reminds me of: English is not her first language and most idioms pass her by, and while she couldn't kill me with her little finger, she does have an awesome accent. I could listen to her all day.

I sat in the front seat at the back;
A lady gave me some chocolate,
I ate it and gave it back.
I walked home in a taxi,
I saw a dead dog die,
I got out my knife to shoot it
And it got up and spat in my eye.

I went to the pictures tomorrow,
I sat in the front seat at the back;
A lady gave me some chocolate,
I ate it and gave it back.
I walked home in a taxi,
I saw a dead dog die,
I got out my knife to shoot it
And it got up and spat in my eye.
As Blofeld would say....
"So... Poetic!"

Two dead boys got up to fight.
Back-to-back they faced each other,
Drew their swords, and killed each other.
A deaf policeman heard the noise
And came and killed the two dead boys.

That David played, and it pleased the Lord,
But you don't really care for music, do ya?
It goes like this: The fourth, the fifth,
The minor chord and the major lift,
The baffled king composing Hallelujah...
