Some random kid in the school's hallway (freshman, I believe), called me Rogue (as in Rogue from X-Men) cuz of my hair. Alas, that's what happens when I have a natural streak of white hair in my head, strangely enough due to a "crazy mutated genetic trait" in my family since I got it from my grandma. :cooltongue: Somehow "Rogue" has become a nickname of mine at school for whoever doesn't know my name... I heart my streak of white hair though!

Lookie, I have evidence!

I've been asked that before... :cooltongue: So far I haven't seen any of them, unless of course I have touched dead people and therefore taken up their memories so I cannot tell myself apart from them. Another joke amongst my classmates is that apparently Rogue's ability also works with textbooks and that's how I revise for exams, by simply flipping through pages (bloody wish it was true!). Been asked if I put my former boyfriend in coma too, kinda of creepy since I ditched the last worthless chap by leaving him with his mouth hanging open.

It's funny that I am borderline paranoid of being held and touched, despite not having a Gambit/Iceman (Comics/Movie... lol... Gambit pwns) at the moment. I recall that the one time I DID hold hands w/a person who asked me to dance at a school dance was, ever so oddly, when I was wearing gloves. Plus I jumped around three feet away at a kiss attempt, not wanting to take it. Rogue-ness, ha ha!

P.S. You're the 307,582nd and a halfth person to ask me this... dead people who ask me this count only as halves and the one before you was dead, so I'm stuck on a half there!

I had a day off today.

And last Friday.

And last Thursday (sort of).

And a snowday last Wednesday.

I have no idea what an honest week's worth of school is any more.

You're lucky for that, Johnboy007... I have no clue what a decent night's worth of sleep is any longer. Nor do I know what a 2-day weekend is, they've been 1-day weekends for the last month!

Gala, it's really easy for me to say this, being that I'm not i your academic position, but I seriously hope you can find a way to get into a good sleep schedule! During my first semester of college, I had a part-time job that lasted sometimes till 1 or 2AM, and I was also a fraternity pledge (then brother, of course), and on top of that, I was a music major. Which means I took about an average of 9 classes per semester. I'd say I averaged about 3-4 hours of sleep per night that year. And honestly, my internal clock has never quite recovered. I don't know, that might just be me. But perhaps 00s need only maintain their own schedules, and stay out of the affairs of the special branch! :cooltongue:

Alas, 00Twelve, the dealings of the Special Branch have been violated the moment that the "International Baccalaureate" Program was invented. Last time I checked, we were supposed to be dealing with issues at home. Then again, since when were Special Branch agents classified as "international" and had their minds set on Ivy-covered institutions despite none of the current school's alumni going there? :cooltongue: Not sure, but I wouldn't mind double-0 intervention in the slightest! Any advice is helpful, and now I no longer feel as alone.

A huge part of the problem is that a teacher or two is after me since they seem to have a problem with my plans for the future, while others think that it is a good excuse to get as much information out of me in terms of reports as possible. Then again, I think I carved my own fate in stone by putting up four classes "higher level" when the IB devils said that "only three are needed" in addition to the "standard level" junk.

Another problem? Family. M doesn't believe about my workloads at all and thinks I use it as an excuse to waste time, Drax thinks that I just need to keep up that reputation of mine at school even though he secretly thinks I need a vacation, and Oddjob is not paying attention at school, not doing his work, not focusing or anything and whenever I get a decent period of freetime, I get forced down by M and Drax to "homeschool" Oddjob. Sry but one can be only so happy when she's trying to tell a 7th grader for half a bloody hour that "2y-10y=-8y" because it is the same as "2y+-10=-8y" and then only be interrupted by M saying it's his dinnertime when he's about to get it. Just crazy. I guess by this point I've really taken to just being on my own if I can in my spare time, even time with friends results in them trying to ask me for homework stuff and all. :D Very upsetting. Or they try to convince me to just "give everything up". Okay, I admit I should maybe let my hair down and stop and smell the roses for a minute or two, but they aren't being any more sensible than I am. Even less, if I dare say so.

I think I need a vacation, a long vacation where I CAN be the brainless kind of Bond Girl for once and lie on the beach all day instead of sit around a computer station analyzing stuff all night. Where I can scream and squel like a brainless bimbo if I find a spider in my bathtub or if they don't have my favorite fresh juice at the bar while I'm at the pool. I can't remember the last time I felt like that, kinda sad really. There are nights where I sleep around two hours, and some weekends I sleep for about twenty hours straight in an attempt to catch up on the rest while others I am awake half the night because I can't get to sleep.

Oooooh, Oddjob finished eating. Have to go make sure he understands the math since he didn't take a letter of a note in class, then do my own work. All in the life of a spy? You decide!

(Long rant... aye. Sry about that. Just had to get it out of my system and having it out there for somebody to just skim through really does take a huge weight off my shoulders)
