Have you seen your Dalton movies yet?

What did you think of them?

I can't wait to see what she thought of them. Hopefully she'll have enjoyed them. I know I did when I first saw each of them. Also, The Living Daylights was my very first Bond movie. I remember the Ice Chase with great fondeness, especially the cello case ride. I loved every minute of it!

Back to Xen though, I still can't believe that she'd never watched them before now.

I hope Xen enjoyed them, as much as she could without Pierce :-P
Jeez I'm going to get a slap!!!

What did you think of the fabled whistling I told you about? :)

Here are some of the key things I think may stand out to a Bod fan who hasn't seen these two films before, but is well informed of the other 17...:

TLD
- Bond whislting
- Monogamy, only "having" one girl through the main body of the movie
- Bond laughing on the rollercoaster
- Bond visibly gritting his teeth during some dialog

LTK
(abridged list :) )
- Bond getting p!ssed off, a lot.
- Bond's wardrobe being somewhat, relaxed
- Bond not killing a lot of people really, but the story involes him getting the villian to bump off his own ppl for him instead
- "Watch the birdy you b@stard", "P*ss off", and lots of hard drags on cigarettes
- Bond being trusted by the villain up until the end

Gentlemen...alas and alack..I ran into a technical problem.

My video store is **** and does not carry TLD or LTK! They don't even have Goldfinger or FRWL for God's sake.

I am off to buy the Dalton Duo tomorrow, just to keep my end of the bargain.

Mr* wants me to ask what donations you three have made...if any.

Cheers boys....Xenobia

Good show! :)
Make sure to get a nice cut of LTK though, there are some really cut down versions out there.

I made a donation to CBN in the form of winning the "charity" auction for "Live At Five".

And in any case, we are the partner site! We pay out of our own wallets every month to keep MI6 running, so we put a lot more than most into the fan community anyway.

So neerrrrrr :-)

Xenobia - May I ask you how many times you've seen TLD or LTK, and how long it's been since you banished them to Dalton Hell. Just wondering.

I'd be more than happy to loan you my videos, Xen. :) They haven't even been watched very much.

I couldn't find LTK...but it is on order so I will get to it soon.

As for when I have I seen these two -- I never saw them. This is will be a first for me. So, by May Day (appropriately!) I can say that I have officially seen all the offiicial Bond movies. (I keep missing Casino Royale on TV, oh well.)

Thanks for your "support" guys. I hope Countess Lisel pays you all a visit for your devotion.
