Does anybody know this book:
My Name's Bond, James Bond. From the fiction of Ian Fleming, edited by Simon Winder?

Looks very interesting, seems to be more literature-related. Is it any good? Can anyone recommend it?

If its the book im thinking of, i think its just a collection of lines and paragraphs from each of the Fleming bond novels. Quite pointless really.

A bit like the Little Book of Bond then that was just a collection of lines from the films.

Yes, it's just a collection of memorable and important paragraphs/sentences from the Fleming Bond books. Quite handy if you're doing something like a Bond-related essay where you have to cite any quotes you use from the novels (as I did last year). Otherwise, only buy it if you're a collector of that sort of thing.

Ah I've got it. Only $15 AUD so it was worth the pick up. Good reading some of Fleming's compleate passages and the books broken down into sections such as cars, women, drink, food etc

Much like Commanders Club's 007 lifestyle.... Hmmm.

Thanks all for the information.

That's what I thought the book to be (from reading seller's description). Think I'll try to get this one. The auction will end a few hours, but it's still at 1 Euro, so it might come cheap (and it seems to be in excellent condition).
