I'm writing up a little main page article about the publication of TMWTRT in Japan, and I'm wondering if someone can tell me which other Benson books have been translated into Japanese? I have TMWTRT, NDOD, ZMT, TND and TWINE. Did I miss any?

Also, I forget who tipped me to Red Tattoo's Japanese publication. I'd like to give them credit. Come forward now..."or forever hold your piece." :)

That was me. I didn't know that "Never Dream of Dying" had been published in Japan; I was aware only of "Zero Minus Ten" and "The Man With the Red Tattoo". I searched for Benson titles on Amazon's Japanese site, and those were the only ones available (apart from novelizations - from memory, only TOMORROW NEVER DIES and THE WORLD IS NOT ENOUGH were listed).

Feel free to PM me if you need any help with title translations, etc., zencat.

Thanks Loomis. I did that same search on Amazon.co.jp and found a book that I think is NDOD, but maybe I'm wrong. TMWTRT and ZMT have their english titles on the covers...but is there a Japanese title as well? If there is, let me know because I would love to include these in the article. :)

Here's the book I thought was NDOD?

His books in Japanese are listed at http://www.amazon.co...2550397-8773812 (not sure why the English language "Doubleshot" is included on this list).*

Seems the only two Benson originals available in Japanese are ZMT and TMWTRT.

However, contrary to what I'd thought, the DAD novelization is available in Japanese: http://www.amazon.co...2550397-8773812 (no cover photo, unfortunately).

*ETA: Sorry, this link doesn't seem to work.

Oh, okay, it's not NDOD, it's DAD! Great. Thanks for your help, Loomis. :)

Can anyone tell if this copy of 'Doubleshot' is Japanese or Chinese?

Gosh, I wish they would spend the same effort on the US Benson paperback covers. :)

Here's some very, very odd-looking Japanese Benson artwork. What the heck were they thinking? Certainly the most bizarre Bond novel cover art I've ever seen.
