Gorgeous English actress Caroline Munro who has been forever immortalized on celluloid as the delectable yet deadly helicopter pilot Naomi from The Spy Who Loved Me turns 54 years old today. Many happy returns to my favorite villainess from the Roger Moore era!

Caroline Munroe was simply gorgeous. She's great inthe film but I'dlove to have seen more of her. (Now get our minds out of the gutter, I meant for her ot have more scenes.)

Part of me wishes they had used her as the "good Bond girl" in one of Roger's other films. She's much prettier than Lois Chiles or Caroline Bouquet.

Back during the Moore era, I was hoping she'd pull a Maud Adams and return to the series as a Bond heroine, but alas it was not meant to be. At least she got to be immortalized as a Bond character though and I'm grateful for that.

Sadly underused in TSWLM. Maybe I'd like the film more if she had a bigger role in it. That look she gives Moore just before pouncing with the copter is a classic.
