007 In New York must be owned by Ian Fleming Publications as they own the rights to all Fleming's books which would include Thrilling Cities, where this story was first published.

Not sure about the others.

007 in New York is available in the UK edition of Octopussy/The Living Daylights as far as I'm aware. I also have it's very first UK appearance too which was in a Sunday Times Bond supplement released in 1999. One of my most treasured items. Shame I've read it so much and creased it a lot.

Ian Fleming Pulications owns the rights to Per Fine Ounce and OO7 in New York. Seeing as the Connery/Deighton script was written in the heyday of the McClory mess...who knows who owns the rights. :) I'm sure Eon says they do...I'm sure McClory says he does (the correct answer is Eon).

Out of interest, was Per Fine Ounce ever finished? Or started, for that matter?

I've heard a bit about it, but I'm still not sure whether it was actually written, or not.

There are some threads abnout it, I don't believe it was finished though, I think some ideas were thrown around though...

I've always been interested by this too.

Per fine once was finished by Geoffrey Jenkins and proposed in its time to Glidrose Publications.
And it was refused by what now is Ian Fleming Publications.
So the script must be is Ian Fleming Publications offices.

Are there any details about it? And what's it a continutation of? Just picking up where Fleming's novels left off?
