It's fine with me to watch it on TV. I never tire of it.

I actually haven't seen it in a while, I remember one cable channel shows it quite often. I remember the very first bit of the film, but I don't recall the finale, doesn't Russell eventually meet up with Halle Berry's character again, or something like that?

I like Jinx, but I think people find her character too cliched. I think the whole "Bond equal" thing, especially when comes to the female characters is thrown around a lot. I really think there's no such thing yet. Anya was well written, but Bach's performance didn't do it for me. Characters like Jinx, Wai Lin, Holly Goodhead, Pam Bouvier and Anya Amasova, are often deemed as Bond equals, but they're more or like sidekicks for me. The producers are fooling themselves into thinking they're Bond equals because they can shoot a gun, performed krav maga, or martial arts, and hack into some kind of technical device or vehicle. Anya came halfway to being a female equivalent, her character of course had a personal vendetta, however I think it wasn't handled well. If you want a female equivalent of James Bond think of the character Charlie Baltimore from [i]The Long Kiss Goodnight[i]. It would be nice to see a character written in that way who I can genuinely say is a Bond equivalent, a tragic heroine if you will.I guess I am one of the few people who really liked the Jinx character.....but then it was the pretty incredible looking Halle Berry too

Of course, I couldn't care either. Pierce don't even care, Part of his commentary where, her entrance scene comes up , he comments: "stop and rewind, and pause, stop, rewind, and pause." I was saying to myself, if I was a man I would zoom as well.I couldn't care if she was cliched.....Halle Berry is amazing looking.
