Most of us have our own James Bond collection. I made four categories (there could be many more, but I want to focus on these four). Follow my format and post a list of all of the items that you need to complete that specific category. Below is my list which also serves as an example of what you should post.

3. Goldfinger (1959)
4. For Your Eyes Only (1960)

18. SeaFire (1994)
19. Cold Fall (1996)
20. High Time to Kill (1999)
21. Doubleshot (2000)

Film Novelizations:

1. The Spy Who Loved Me (1977)
2. Licence To Kill (1989)
3. The World Is Not Enough (1999)
4. Die Another Day (2002)

Soundtracks:

1. From Russia With Love (1963)
2. Goldfinger (1964)

Film Novelizations: TSWLM, MR, LTK, GE, TND, TWINE, DAD.

About half the scripts including a rare NSNA.

All soundtracks including recent re-releases and extended versions.

There's very little I need and few that I want.

There's always something.

"The Killing Zone"? What in hell is that? It sounds vaguely familar.

I have ALL of the novels, short stories, etc. Hardbacks and paperback. All of the DVDs, except for a handful of the remixes that I haven't bought yet. All of the posters.

I even have a half sheet of TMWTGG, on hard card stock, plus a couple of extra Bonds on paperback.

And then, there are the reference works. Most of the important ones. I even have both editions of the aptly named John Brosnan work.

Anyone into trading or buying?

I also have in my grubby little hands a two-sided card from DAD -- Bond on one side, Jinx on the other. And the card is lovingly frozen in an inch or so-thick slab of pure, perfectly clear Lucite.

Anyone want to bid?

Forgive me -- as I was typing, I dropped part of a sentence. The above should say:

I am looking for the wood/glass display case put out by SD Studios when they rolled out the Golden Gun replica. I have one for the GG and it looks great. Sadly, I did not get one for the Moonraker Dart Gun replica and would love to find a second one.

Other wants for the collection, the German OHMSS quad style 1-sheet, the Triang Bond V Largo game, Le Vulcan playset, (but, of course). Thats not to say I have everything else, but those items are the "biggies".

This was an unofficial Bond novel written and self-published in 1985 by a notorious con-man named Jim Hatfield. It's fantastically rare. Type "The Killing Zone" into the forum search engine. We've had several threads about it.

Ah yes...Those SD Studio props/replicas were some of the best. They also did the re-breather from Thunderball. That and the Golden Gun and wrist dart gun...Yeah.

I would gladly break out the checkbook/slap down the platinum without a second thought.

Found a good pic of my FRWL attache'. Check it out.

A friend of mine has the attache case as well. I wasn't that impressed with the breather but do enjoy having the Golden Gun and the MR Wrist dart gun.

I had a friend that worked for an agency out here in LA and I asked him if he could get me the DAD script. He wasn't able to do it because many of the versions of the script contain scenes that may or will be used in upcoming Bond films (as is the case in many of the previous films). Mccartney007 how did you get ahold of one or is it the final script that was used for the film?

Well;

I am awaiting the Dr No and Goldfinger UK Pressbooks, which should be coming my way by the new year, and this will complete the set of UK pressbooks for Bond.

Also trying to find, with a considerable and conspicuous lack of success I might add, Card No 7 of the Viva Goldfinger Lobby Card set.

Other than that, not much...

The only thing I am looking for for my collection right now is the Making of FYEO that evidently exists, and some Bond members I know own.

Otherwise, I am quite happy with what I have. I don't feel the need to own all the soundtracks or the novels, and I have the guides I want.

I guess I am easy to please. :)

Making of FYEO? Are you talking about a book? Because there isn't a book, as far as I know. There is a FYEO annual. Maybe this is what you're thinking of?

Yes, the Making of FYEO? I don't recall a book either, only an issue of American Cinematographer where that covers the filming of it. You can read all of those articles over at the IFF.

Well, I have all the DVD's, all the soundtracks, all the books (just not every variation of them), but I'd love to get the 12 Gilbert figures of Bond and Odd Job, the Road Race Set, A SD Studios Golden Gun, FYEO Cap Gun, and the Mego Moonraker figures (besides regular Bond which I already have). I could list hundreds of items that I want to buy... but I won't!

Yeah, isn't it a Grand Dreams publication? A sort of Making of in the guise of an annual.

I have all the Fleming and Gadner books....the novelizations of TSWLM and MR.
All the DVDs including "Casino Royale" and NSNA.
Dozens of editions of "007" magazine and some of the old "Bondage" editions.
Numerous reference books and James Bond annuals.
The "Starlog" movie magazines.

Probably my most prize possessions is either Steven Jay Rubins 1983 edition of "The James Bond Films: A Behind the Scenes History" or the Grandreams book/annual on the making of For Your Eyes Only

The things I've been pursuing is the missing pieces of my fanzines collection, particularly the 007 Magazine by the fan club. A few others from other sources here and there I want to pursue, but those are the main ones I've been collecting over the years.

A lot of my collecting comes on impulse as to what's good on eBay that catches my eye for a decent price price. One thing I don't always do is grab up the readily-available stuff like the diecast cars. I still haven't picked up a lot of those.
