A poster here once refered to Roger Moore as 'the human equivalent of flared trousers'. Considering the following bit from MediaWeek (back in 1995!), it may be true.

After hosting a fashion show, Roger Moore was asked which fashions he'd want back in style:

'I'd like to see anything that matches the clothes and suits in my closet come back,' Moore retorted. 'I used to steal all the clothes I'd wear from my films. I have trousers from the '70s with flared bottoms, tight pants from the '60s. But what I'd really like to see come back is my old waistline.'

I just found it humorous, that's all.

Roger, the most classically good looking of all the James Bonds, looked his devastating best in:

* The black mockneck outfit he wears for his night mission to destroy the poppy fields in LALD.

* The Royal Navy uniform he wears to the briefing at the Admiralty in TSWLM.

* The formal dinner jacket/tuxedo he wears to the Mojaba Club, again in 'Spy.

* The Navy blazer with striped club tie he wears during his visit to the Drax estate and in the centrifuge trainer room in Moonraker.

and

* The white dinner jacket he wears at Zorin's afternoon party at the Chantilly estate in AVTAK.

Truly outstanding attire for some magnificent moments during Roger's 007 tenure.

Hi Sens,

Yes, same here. Roger really new how to wear his clothes and took pride in them.

As your probably aware he supplied his own gear for 'The Persuaders' although it's billed as something else.

I think he looked great in Octopussy as well.

Lucky swine. LOL

He did look cool in all of these

I thought he looked his best in LALD when he was in Harlem,NY... His clothes were very cool!

allot of those suits Roger wore in his first few 007 films are NOW back in style! I have seen a BUNCH of NBA stars wearing exact suits like Roger had in LALD,TMWTGG & TSWLM
