1. Throughout his writings, Ian Fleming mentions a "Truman shirt." What is this?
2. Also, I have been wondering if there is a particular term to describe the type of short-sleeved button-down shirt that Fleming (and many others) wore in the fifties and sixties. I believe that Scaramanga wears the same kind of shirt during his duel with Bond.
