Another excerpt from my fanfic, coming up in 2004.

Nice intro Joyce. Lavish, detailed but not done heavy handed. I'm curious as to what's ahead and (more importantly) what's afoot in this scene.

BTW - Like the mention of Brosnan being there - Good wink/cameo.

PM me if you are ever really pulling your hair out.

Thanks, Bryce. I will.

And the 'wink' is actually Xen's idea - she told me to be brave and do it.

Xen's full of good ideas....

Anytime my dear;)

The real advice though is to be exactly that in your writing - Be brave. It's your story, do as you please - The tricky part sometimes is expressing it accurately.

Let me know. See you around the office.

Very nice start, Joyce. It really gives a good sense of location as far as descriptions go. I'm looking forward to seeing more of this.

It's so nice to see everyone else discovering what I have known for a very long time -- that JoyceCarrington is one very gifted young lady.

JC is taking a lot of risks with this novel, and in all the right places. I think Bond fans will really enjoy this story.

Oh and Bryce....

I'm full of lots of things, you're just to busy with 004 to find out. :)

So, non-007 fanfic is popular here as well. I've been met with mild interest in my upcoming 005 novel (the first of a good number) Death Is An Ally.

I've seen Joyce's excerpt, and I'm pleased to see another person willing to go out and take risks. :)

Wow.

I am looking forward to it.

I thank you for the opportunity, my dear lady.

It IS well done.

Based on the few other bits and pieces I have seen, you do have an excellent tough with the pen. And an eye for detail. Very important.

You are very correct, Xenobia.

She is excellent. But, then, who is better than you to say?
