[DanMan]

Below is a small piece of A SPY IN SHINING ARMOR to wet your appetites. It takes place just after Bond's cover has been blown while trying to inflitrate a weapons factory in the swiss alps. Hope you like it.

EXT. COMPLEX - SWISS ALPS - SECONDS LATER

Bond jumps into the van waiting for him in the front. Dozens of guards
exit the complex and fire their machine guns at the escaping van.

VARGUS

Get him!

INT. VAN - SAME

DRIVER

That was a close one, James.

EXT. VAN - SAME

The gunfire hits the back of the van, blowing out the tires, causing it crash into a large rock.

INT. VAN - SAME

Bond's face is bloody, he has a large cut across his forehead. He looks to the driver and sees that he is not moving. He pushes him to see if he's alive but with no success. He gets out of the van.

EXT. FACTORY - SAME

BOOM! A huge explosion that destroys the entire factory knocks Vargus and all of the guards to the ground.

From behind the smoke, emerge snowmobiles and guards on skis.

EXT. VAN - SAME

Bond opens the back door of the van and pulls out a snowboard.

BOND

God save the Quartermaster.

He runs with the snowboard into the forest.

INT. FOREST - MOMENTS LATER

Bond runs through the forest with the snowboard under his arm.

BOND'S POV: A steep dropping about fifty feet away.

EXT. STEEP DROPPING - FRONT VIEW - SAME

It was a very steep slope that ran long for hundreds of yards. All that can be seen on the top is trees and darkness.

Seconds later, the bond theme kicks into full blast as Bond emerges on the snowboard out of the forest and begins to head down the slope. He is followed by the snowmobiles and guards on skis.

The snowmobiles have built in machine guns that are firing at Bond. The bullets hit the snow, just inches behind Bond. The guards on skis fire sub-machine guns and hand guns.

Bond leans foward to try to pick up some speed. For an adult in a suit, Bond has considerable snowboarding skills.

BOND'S POV: About fifty feet ahead of him, five guards on snowmobiles fire their built in machine guns at him.

Bond heads strait for the guards and just when he is about twenty feet away from them, fire blasts out of the rear of the snowboard. It's a thruster!

Using the slope to his advantage and the power of the thruster, Bond flies right over the guards and knocks one off his snowmobile.

The guards on skis that were behind Bond crash into the snowmobiles that were trying to block him, launching them into the air.

Bond turns around and smiles, but seconds later his thrusters run out.

BOND'S POV: A road about one hundred yards away.

Bond still has enough speed to reach the road in a matter of seconds.

EXT. ROAD - MOMENTS LATER

Bond gets off his snowboard and leaves it on the ground. The road is completely dead. He waits for a couple of seconds until he sees a car approaching. He waves his hands in the air, signaling the driver.

The cars stops and pulls over next to him. Bond seems overjoyed to see that the driver of the car is a beautiful blonde (swiss no doubt).

SWISS GIRL

Bond smiles.

wow, i love it. i have been waiting to see a snippet of this for a while now, the teaser got me excited and now i have read a bit i want more.
i love the thruster bit on bonds board and the whole idea is brill. cant wait for the real thing. well done man!

I'm hoping to have it up by the end of the month, but I've been getting tons of homework lately, so it might be a little longer.

ye i know the feeling, im awaiting my jc exam results, thgere out on wensday ahhh. o well cant wait to see the script dan man.

Keep up the good work there. I can only imagine what kinds of research one has to do to write these things. Plenty of hands on research that takes you to all corners of the world, I am sure.

after i finish my bond novel [the fallen kill] im going to start researching for my own fan script. i have already thought about one or two things im going to put in it, but it will be totally orginal that i promise.

It's doing good. The poster outline has been sent to Icepheonix and I've just finished a couple of major scenes and I'm expecting to be done within the next couple of weeks. Good luck with your script, I'm looking foward to reading it.

It'll be done soon. I have like thee projects due by this friday so it's been pretty hectic. High school sucks. I'll post a snippet by the end of the day to keep you busy until the finished product is released.
