With my birthday coming next month, I know my wife will ultimately be asking me what I want. Unfortunately, everything on my list (well at least the material things) will never actually happen. But if a Bond fan could dream...

1) Glidrose continues to publish penguin editions of the post Fleming Bond's, especially Colonel Sun, with consistent cover artwork.
2) Glidrose pays off MGM (if they even need to) and republishes the Christopher Wood novels in both hardback and soft cover editions.
3) "Per Fine Ounce" is discovered in a vault and released to the world (either as an official novel or at least as an internet download).
4) Glidrose moves forward with a new author to take over the Bond novels and once again is able to feed me with annual readings.
5) Glidrose announces that they would like to publish "alternate reality" Bond novels and they go as far as contacting Thomas Clink and Evan Willnow for the rights to FDD and MTTS (so that they can rightfully sit on the shelf with my other Bond novels) and commissioning them both to write another.
6) MGM/EON announce that, despite the great success of DAD, they are moving away from the action only oriented film-making and will make the next two Bond films real espionage adaptations of Casino Royale and Colonel Sun.
7) All plans of a Jinx spin-off are officially scratched for good.
8) The Daily Express comic strips are compiled and published at an affordable price.
9) MGM/EON gets together with Spy Guise and releases a remastered, complete with ending, version of the 1954 Casino Royale.
10) Glidrose releases a compilation of Benson's short stories to include the full version of Blast From the Past.

What's on your (fantasy / no chance it will ever happen) wish list?

I've no objections to that wish list.

Here is mine:

-The rest of the Bond dvd collection.
-A complete set of all the Bond books, including the Fleming reprints.
-Aston Martin Vanquish
-All of the James Bond soundtracks.
-To become president of EON and be given the rights to James Bond.

Would love to be recognized as 003 myself. As a few can attest around here, I live iit as best I can.

As to the Jag....PM me your specs. I'm a proud and current member of Jaguar owners club both in LA and North America.

I try to live it the best I can as well 003 though having twins has slowed me down a bit. Less disposable income for Brioni, travel, etc.

I did make it to Australia, France, Belgium, London, and Nassau prior to their births though. Great fun. Everyone must see the Junkanoo once in their lives.

I also had a pet rat once. Named her Melina.
