Seeing how Lazenby's Bond had the opportunity to get married, I want to do a what-if with Connery, Moore, Dalton, and Brosnan.

Who would you like to see each of the Bond marry? You can use any criteria you want (preference, their on-screen chemistry, Bond's feelings for her, etc.) and it doesn't matter whether that girl ended up dying.

My choices:

Connery - Tatiana (FRWL)

Moore - Octopussy (OP)

Dalton - Kara (TLD)

Brosnan - Elektra (TWINE)

Moore (he'd get 3!!!!!!) - that girl who's treasure he gets to delve deep into upon being offered the rose in hossein's egyptian tent (tswlm) YUMMY!!!

Dalton - (if i were dalton-bond, i'd take pam...what a lucky bastard that richard gere is!!!) - alas, given his rumoured taste at the time, he probably would have gone the necros/dario route (oops! i can hear CNB's 'solitaire' yelling at me from new york! he he)

Brozzy - christmas jones....less than half his age, beautiful mouth/lips, hot body, and *AHEM* supposedly very intelligent;)


BTW...as a sordid aside, any gossip/rumours as to which bond girls the five different actors bedded during filming/production? after all, to have the bond actor of the day would have been quite an allure to the female 'actors' of the day.

i could see roger having a go with several of them....

In my opinion, Dalton doesn't get "laid" at all in his movies. To me the end of Living with Kara, he can't have sex. She's got that performance and M is out there and they could have barged in on them when Kara was gone for more than 20 mins. And at the end of LTK, your definitely not having sex in the pool. Clearly, Tim, as Bond, doesn't have sex!

He does but it's *implied* sex. It's not in your face. He has sex with the women on the yacht in the beginning of TLD (she was a bored and horny super rich woman looking for a "real man"-I think it's safe to assume he banged her). He sleeps with Kara in Afghanistan and in London, maybe not in the dressing room with M outside...

He has sex with Pam on the cigarette boat in the Bahamas and with Lupe Lamora in his guest room at Sanchez' pad. 2 films, 4 sexual partners and fairly believable.If you really need to see him cuddeling afterwards than so be it.Roger got laid so easily it was ridiculous...

My picks-

Connery's Bond/Domino Derval(TB) because he really seems to fight falling for her(the scene on the beach where he hides his eyes behind his shades :cool: )although if Fiona Volpe did a Pussy Galore and turned good she would be a worthy Mrs. Bond as well.

Moore's Bond/Octopussy(OP) because the Moore/Adams chemistry was fantastic. I think she was probably his favorite Bond leading lady.

Dalton's Bond/Kara(TLD) because Kara has such a lovable, sweet personality disposition and is probably the only Bond girl a guy could take home to his mother, or in Bond's case, his Aunt Charmian .

Brosnan's Bond/Paris Carver(TND) because with their repartee, quibling and banter, they seemed most like a married couple of all of Brosnan's Bond/Bond girl matchups. Also, Bond seemed really upset by her death. Elektra's (TWINE) my 2nd choice but Paris wins since Bond had known her and been involved with her for a longer time period even though it had happened off-camera pre-TND.

In the Bond Girls Are Forever documentary (that I got free from Best Buy when I purchased the DAD DVD) when Maryam D'Abo is interviewing Carey Lowell they talk about this exact topic. They say that this was due to everyone being afraid of AIDS in the 80's or something like that (I don't know any details because I was born in '89). They also talk about the "implied sex" that Tarl-Cabot was talking about.
