After a successful mission in The Swiss Alps, Bond gets some much needed vacation time in the Carribean. Back in London, M is struck with a toxic dart carrying a disease engineered by international terrorists. Chief Of Staff Jonathan Deck, assuming the powers of M, sends Bond around the world to search for the cure. During his travels, Bond encounters a man known as Leo Masters, the only man in the world who has the cure. Bond befriends Masters and joins his terrorist group after a rigerous initiation program and attempts to gain possession of the cure. Bond soon discovers a nightmarish plot and must race against the clock to prevent disaster. From a water-ski chase through obstacle filled waters to a survival coarse in the Argentinan jungle to a battle between terrorist forces and and an american tank division, Agent 007 must prevent a plan to bankrupt the world and kill billions.
