Was this the only movie in which Roger played a (sort of) bad guy...Okay so he ended up being a good guy, but he started off on the opposing team.

His character's "alter ego" in The Man Who Haunted Himself was a bad guy, wasn't he? So long since I've seen that movie.

Just looking at the Athena poster.

There wouldn't be many movie posters in which Rog isn't smiling. This would be an early indication that he's a bad guy to some extent.

I've heard of it. It's kind of a Bond rip-off sort of thing from around 1969 or so if it's the one I'm thinking of. I've seen people mistake it for being a Bond film and I think the VHS box cover even had some Bond-like artwork on it.

Can't give you much more information on it, other than that I think he made it after he ended his work on The Saint.

I only ever saw this once, on TV. If I remember correctly (and without going to IMDb) Rog plays a long-haired high profile photographer (?) who gets caught up with a photo model (?) and an assassination plot (?).

My only real recollection now was the ending that had a huge military parade in a park.

The usual 60's fluffy intrigue.

Well, it had a sort of "The Persuaders" late 60's feel to it.

Actually I took a peak into IMDb and his role is that of an ad exec, so I was fairly close. I only saw it once as I said and that was a looong time ago.

I remember seeing it advertised for TV broadcast when I was much younger but I missed it...since then I have never seen it on a listing.
