I've been a fan of the Terminator series since I rented both of the movie
back in 97'. I'm one of the few people that like the first terminator better than the second. When my friends said that they had gotten tickets I was really excited. WARING- MAJOR SPOILERS BELOW
I walked out of the movies with my heart pumping at amazing speeds. The action was amazing, the acting was great, the humor was well done, and Arnold was as cool as ever. Oh yea, and the T-X was friggin hott! First I'll review all the actors...
Arnold: He was awesome. He might be getting older, but he sure doens't look it. For some reason his accent seemed to come out more than usual in this movie. The scene where he steal his clothes from the male stripper was hysterical and I really cracked up when he puts on the Elton John glasses, and the "Talk to the hand" line was probobly one of the funniest things I've ever heard in a movie simply because it was the Terminator saying it. Hopefully Arnold will come back if they make a T4.
Kristina Loken: God she is hott. It's almost frightening how similar she moves to an actual robot in this movie. She had it down to a science. She looked great in the action scenes and the murder scenes were handled well. I spit my drink all over the lady sitting in front of me when she plunged her hand through the guys chest and began to drive the car. Although she might not reach iconic status like Robert Patricks's T-100 or Arnold's original T-101, she was still great.
Nick Stahl: He fills in Edward Furlong's shoes quite nicely. His portrayal of a man on the run who fears the future is extremely convincing. His relationship with Danes' character is well developed. It was great at the end of the movie to see him finally accept his destiny and take charge.
Clair Danes: She was great also. Unlike Stahl's character, she has no clue about the future and the terminators and she is new to this strange world. But like Connor, she accepts her destiny towards the end of the movie and helps pave the way for the future human victory over the machines.
Ah, and now to the action. It was simply amazing. The special effects worked well with the action sequences and it avoids DAD's fault (still love it though), it uses CGI to assist the action sequences, not to create them (a la the para-surfing sequence). The Champion Crane sequence was well done and it was much more exciting than the Freeway Chase in The Matrix Reloaded which was poorly executed.
And now to most heart-poudind moment of the entire movie... the ending. I haven't been this shocked by a movie since they nuked the super bowl in The Sum Of All Fears. It left the door open for a sequel which I hope they make. It would be an interesting twist on the War Movie Genre to see the war between man and machine. Let's just hope they don't make a Battle For The Planet Of The Apes out of it.
In conclusion, this is my favorite episode of the Terminator saga. Hopefully T4 will live up to the high standards that this trilogy has set.

I've never heard Arnie talking English before. God bless the German dubbing...
I know people who never want to watch Terminator again because of his Austrian accent
