Anyone else notice, in The Spy Who Loved Me, the movement of the submarine in the shot before the seaman walks in on Anya Amasova taking a shower? Wholly appropriate in my opinion! :)

oh I've always noticed it, it's rather sexual.....the submarine rises just before the shower scene....

I had never noticed that before....that is funny -- Freudian or merely coincidence?

Would it not have been more appropriate after the shower scene?

Perhaps the submarine's surfacing action is a touch of foreshadowing of what comes next for hte sailor who sees Anya.

Yes, Barbara showed up to screen test for a small role, but they were having problems casting Anya and decided she fit the bill....something that was very lucky for all of us Barbara Bach fans.
