in the begining of the scene.. Roger starts to get off the trolly.. and there is a women on the trolly... and roger walks right in front of her..
it looks just like her??
maybe she is in both scenes??? because personally I thought the lady walking.. doesn't look like maud adams.
hmm...

Ok.. I saw a photo of maud on the set with John Glen.. and her hair was a little longer/straighter then it was in Octopussy..
ok many have thought she was one of the girl on that guys arm in the background.. (the man has 2 girls .. one on each arm) Those women are waaaay to young...
BUT!!!
If you look behind them.. there is a women with a Black Shirt & Black Pants.. with a Tan Jacket!!! She is also wearing sunglasses!!!! She is walking with a man.. and looks directly into the camera..
The time on your dvd..
1 Hour & (35-36 seconds)...
check it out and let me know what you think!

Do you have a link to that photo? Could be worth it for reference.

We'll never be certain....Neither Maud or Glen are completely certain so the chances of us ever having a definitive answer is highly unlikely.

I still think Rogers James Bond should have done a double take.

I spent two days with her, being her...hmm... acompanist foor her stay in Paris.
We talked a lot about her carrier, her life, her Bond movies.
She told me she came on the set while they were filming A view to a kill. And she was in the crowd, yes. But she said to she watched the movie many, many times and she is not in the movie. She finished saying: The fact I was in three Bond movies is a urban legend. I only played in TMWTGG and OP.

Urban myth it is then, if that's what Maud herself says.

That is strange because that directly contradicts on-camera interviews that Maud has made in the past.

Maybe because she's aware that Bond fans have forensically searched for her in that scene and can't find her, so now she's decided there's no point stating that she was "in" the movie at all, but that she was just there during filming.Originally posted by DLibrasnow

In any case, it's a missed oportunity that she can't be seen, and as DLibrasnow says, a quick double-take by Bond would've been fun.
