Some countries did use stills from the movie in their posters. Here is one that appeared in Italy.

Am I the only one who is curious about that big anti-aircraft gun that Bond is seen shooting on these posters - where did it come from? Why is it there?

There are several online retailers who will sell you James Bond posters.
